We have set out below the typical immigration applications we are instructed to act upon together with our average fees. If there is a specific application you wish to make which is not set out below, then please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a tailored quote.

Application for Leave to enter applications - visitor application

Our Fees

Our fees cover all work* required to submit an application to the Home Office at a fixed price of between £500.00. - £950.00. No VAT is charged or payable.

 

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. The likely disbursements are:

  • Interpreters fees at £15-£20 per hour. If applicable, this kind of application will normally require between 1-2 hours with an interpreter, depending on the complexity of your case.

  • Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.

  • Entry clearance fee: for 6 months – £93 / 2 years - £361 / 5 years - £655 / 10 years - £822

 

What services are included

The work will involve:

  • discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;

  • giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;

  • if you do not fulfil a certain criterion, whether this can be overcome and how.

  • considering the supporting evidence, you have provided;

  • where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;

  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;

  • Attendance at an interview: if you are asked to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice at the appropriate time.

  • giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

*Our fee assumes that:

·         This a new application and no previous applications had been made to the Home Office or refusals received.

·         This is a standard case and the matter is concluded in a timely manner and no unforeseen complication arise.

If your matter becomes overly complex and more work is required in order to prepare and submit an application. We will advise you if further work is required and the increase in our charges.

  • Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal.

How long will this take?

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 5 to 6 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application, but you should get a decision within 3 weeks of attending your appointment at the visa application centre. Please see link for up to date timescales:

Leave to Remain applications and extensions – e.g. marriage applications

Seek to accompany or join a Partner who is British or Settled in the UK, Requirements inclusive of:

  • Evidence proof of relationship;

  • Financial Requirement: minimum salary of £18,600.00;

  • Accommodation;

  • English Language.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. The likely disbursements are:

  • If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

  • Home Office fee: settlement fee – ILR  £2389 / other £1033.

The work will involve:

  • discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;

  • giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;

  • if you do not fulfil a certain criterion, whether this can be overcome and how;

  • considering the supporting evidence you have provided;

  • where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;

  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;

  • Attendance at a Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice at the appropriate time.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. The likely disbursements are:

  • If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

  • Home Office fee: £65.

  • if you do not fulfil a certain criterion, whether this can be overcome and how;

Our fees cover all work* required to submit an application to the Home Office at a fixed price of between £550 to £650. No VAT is charged or payable.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. The likely disbursements are:

  • If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

  • Home Office fee: Naturalisation £1330.

What services are included

The work will involve:

  • giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;

  • if you do not fulfil a certain criterion, whether this can be overcome and how;
